For the majority of stores on Zilch, we can process refunds usually within 14 working days. However, a handful of stores process refunds in a way that doesn't play nice with our system - we're working on improving this for the future
What happens now?
Once you log in, your refund will appear on your account instantly as a pop-up notification. If this still doesn’t appear on your dashboard, you can head to your unmatched refunds via the menu
Our new system just adjusts all your upcoming payments, after you request a partial refund and if we still owe you after that, we then send you what we owe to your bank account, rather than adjusting payments you had already
