We always want you to have ongoing access to Zilch, which is why we always send emails to remind you of any overdue amounts that need to be settled. If you’re still unable to settle your payment 14 days after our reminder, we may end your eligibility to use Zilch and let you know in writing.
Remember, if you’re experiencing financial difficulties and are unable to make a payment on time, chat with us before the payment is due. Select “Contact Us” on the Zilch homepage then scroll to the bottom and click “Support”. We can assist you from Monday to Sunday, 9 am to 9 pm.
